Since we have track of every ccbill program and joined them all we have checked their cookie settings. It appeared that some programs have it set as low as 1 day (CCBill doesn't allow to set it for less). There's no industry standard for such option, but it's better for RevShare program to have it for a week or longer (actually many ccbill programs have it on its maximum 255 days). Please take a look if programs you promote are listed there.
The idea is to resolve this issue with every program, so don't pull links. Just contact the program, send them the link and ask them to fix that option. That's it. Once program owner contacts me via this form or icq 469x367x167 i'll check his program again and have him removed from the list once everything will be fine.
